Shrimp with Field Greens and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked and cooled
- field greens
- red onion, very thinly sliced
- corn
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- lemon juice
- olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice, then season to taste.
- Toss the greens, onions, and corn in the dressing.
- Plate, garnish with the shrimp and tomatoes, and serve chilled.
